Founding
We got quality management system ISO 9001:2015 Bureau Veritas Certification.
Opened The King Institute for engineering
We opened The King Institute for engineering courses and staff can Attend as free of charge. We accomplished the total (112) projects till 2022. Yangon: 96, Mandalay: 10 and Thapatekyin: 2, Maggway: 1, Nay Pyi Taw: 1, Loikaw: 1, Beelin: 1 There are (27) ongoing projects in Upper and Lower Myanmar including Taunggoo, Loikaw, Lashio, Muse, Nan Kham, Pyaw Bwal and Nay Pyi Taw. In the future, we will open new office at Lashio and try to achieve more new projects. One of the big milestones of King is to be “No.1 Best Construction Company for Residential Building in Myanmar”
We own the office
We own the office for Yangon from renting to ownership. We launched a new office at Mandalay as there’re many projects.
